I Heart Apple I visited the Apple Market for the first time today and plan to shop there whenever I can. Wide aisles, perfectly arranged produce displays, service I haven't seen for more years than I care to count, and clean, clean, clean. Did I mention clean? I didn't spend a lot of time in the store, but I didn't see those annoying mid-aisle displays that shoppers must navigate. Apple Markets is an upcoming contender. I think they may become a contender in the Topeka market. They offer weekly specials that match or beat the other chains. If you shop daily, this is a place to add to your list. Tuesdays are the time for your bananas as they are always $0.39. They always seem to a poultry product on sale and usually at a good competitive price. Read the weekly ads on Wednesdays and shop whats on sale.
Going downhill This is a place to stop on the way somewhere if you forgot something but not to get the weeks groceries. It has fair selection but is higher priced than others. The staff is friendly and helpful.
