The apartment itself is not bad and the facilities. However, the maintenance and managers are awful at responding and communicating. They are honestly dismissive and pretty short when they do respond. They have left our door open with two puppies inside, leave dirt on floor all over when they come in, open cabinets, lights left on all weekend when we were out of town and very slow to fix problems most of the time. drove almost 30 minutes showed up for a scheduled tour and the site suddenly said no units available for tour and the office was empty.
Awful move out process. They will attempt to charge you for basic wear and tear items. Do not recommend.
The office is extremely terrible. They dont organize either their virtual offices or their website properly and their agents are almost never available. They need to fix the automated systems they use or use people directly.
Separate from the community it’s self, Lane is wonderful and deserves a raise and some helping hands!!
