Lane has always been a capable, courteous technician for this site (Winter Park). I can trust he will treat my living space with professionalism and respect if I am away during any maintenance.
I would give Lane specifically 5 stars if I could. The complex was what I needed at the time and did its job in terms of providing a home with a W/D. But the unit itself is old, the kitchen is outdated, there’s definitely mold, and there are pests like ants, roaches, and rolly pollies that crawl in from gaps between the floorboards and molding. Just a bad experience
THIEVES. They took my application money, processed it and rejected me due to "unsatisfactory rental history". I've never been late on a rent payment in my life (over 10 years renting). Credit score is above 800. I asked my current landlord if he was contacted and he said no. When I asked them to specify what they found that was "unsatisfactory" they refused to give me details, and subsequently ghosted me. Their billing department is an actual joke. After moving out, they refuse to respond to our disputes and just give you a run around. Apparently no one in the company had a direct line to the billing department and you have to wait for them to email you back in the least timely manner around. They will over charge you on move out and refuse to elaborate outside of a copy and pasted answer. What a joke. Do not move here.
