Place is a total rip off! They tow vehicles at will…. He got a rental car and they towed the rental before he could get a pass.My brothers car tires got slashed his car got destroyed multiple times in the parking lot. I would think twice before you lease a place here!!!!! His rental was in his parking spot!!!! Rip off! Live somewhere else.
I can’t even tour an apartment because everything is remote the leasing office is locked no one actually works there to help you. I scheduled a tour online, it was confirmed, you have to navigate yourself because the only option is a self guided tour. The website that’s supposed to guide me was down so I can’t actually view anything. I finally found the building but navigating the complex was tricky, just to text the concierge and find out the apartments been leased so I can’t tour anything, even though online it’s available... read more
Do not move here. We pay for parking every month and we got towed because the sticker (that barely sticks) fell off the window. The AC was broken for 4 days, it’s happened twice in 4 months. The washer leaked water for over a month before they got a new one. Would give zero stars if possible. UPDATE: They responded and helped. I changed it from a 1 to a 4 star.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I have lived in this apartment since June 2024. During my first few days, I experienced several roaches. I also experienced a bat in my apartment and had no way to call emergency maintenance to assist me. The day after, I was boiling water to make pasta and the stove blew sparks and caught on fire. I called maintenance, and the next day, they saw no problems but replaced the drip plates (this is important to remember for later.) I continued to experience roaches throughout my stay.
