Their billing department is an actual joke. After moving out, they refuse to respond to our disputes and just give you a run around. Apparently no one in the company had a direct line to the billing department and you have to wait for them to email you back in the least timely manner around. They will over charge you on move out and refuse to elaborate outside of a copy and pasted answer. What a joke. Do not move here. This place sucks!!!! Do not move in here!! There’s no one in the office and if you want mold to completely ruin your things then by all means move in! This was the worse apartment imaginable!! I hated every second I lived here!! Management sucks! Told me that my apartment didn’t have mold and for months it spread all over and ruined everything!!! This is not the place you want to move into! If I could give it 0 stars I would!!
EDIT: I just moved out thank god and they only got worse. They still charge for parking, add over $300 dollars in fees to your rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Make UDR feel the pain of their shitty management style. They recently just implemented where guests need to pay to park. Only move here if you plan on not having friends or family. I have lived here about 2 months now. Didn't want to leave a review too early but after my experience, it's time. First the positive...Lane, the only maintenance person they have here, is great. He actually cares and does his best. Now everything else...I have had several maintenance requests since moving here that Lane can not do. One has been open for 2 months!! This place will tow your car, even if you rent from them. This happened to a friend of mine who rents there. I understand if the sticker or hangtag wasn't visible, but it's literally stuck on the front windshield. After they towed him from his own apartment, they wouldn't even pay for their mistake. Completely the fault of the owners and management running it. Obviously, accidents happen, but to charge someone who lives there with their sticker ok their window is beyond ridiculous.
