I left a review when I first moved here and now after living here for a year, I’d like to update my review. Still a 10/10. Out of everywhere I’ve lived this is my favorite. I just resigned a lease for another 17 months and would have resigned it for another 5 years if that was an option. It’s an older building, but I am simply amazed at how well kept up it is. I am very disappointed with the management here. I already paid for the application, rental insurance, and the online holding lease, but it has been more than four days and I still have no update on my application status. I’ve been calling repeatedly, but no one ever answers or returns my calls. I have to move urgently from Texas, and the lack of communication has made the process extremely stressful. INFESTED WITH BLACK MOLD I HAVE PICTURES!!! DO NOT MOVE HEREEEE This is what your apartment actually looks like and they just cover it with paint it’s not only deadly but huge neglect!! Caused health problems on my 2 babies you guys should really research what black mold does not only to kids but also adults was living here for almost 2 years and let me tell you worst 2 years ever the neglect is horrible
Place is a total rip off! They tow vehicles at will…. He got a rental car and they towed the rental before he could get a pass.My brothers car tires got slashed his car got destroyed multiple times in the parking lot. I would think twice before you lease a place here!!!!! His rental was in his parking spot!!!! Rip off! Live somewhere else.
