Like other comments if I could give Lane 5 stars personally I would. He goes above and beyond for what he can control. Management isn’t really there and most communication is thru email or a text. You can tell this is an investment group property. You’d think they’d invest more to help Lane out. From what I’ve seen it’s just him getting things done and sometimes has help. Patio will flood because all the units have cracks in the base boards on the deck above so rain easily gets in. Putting in a service request will not help ... read more
Lane is a fantastic Maintenance man! He gave me the ins and outs of the apartment complex on my first day and fixed my a/c humidity problem super fast!

She answered all of my questions clearly and made everything so much easier to understand. Skye was friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.
