One or two of the coaches here are terrific, but some of the others promote a toxic atmosphere, and the place is always filthy. If you complain to the manager about anything, she will literally cancel your membership without warning, then call the police when you show up to work out. With so many better choices in the area, don't waste your time on these clowns.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and it’s by far the best place to be! Lorianne and Bridget are two of my favorite coaches! So many inspiring people that work hard everyday! Good energy, good friends, and a great workout!! Come check it out!

This is my first Google review. I have been a member of Seabright CrossFit for three years. The coaches and members have been welcoming from the start and want to see you succeed. If you are looking to be stronger and healthier with a great group of people, this is the place.

I LOVE this gym! Staff is excellent, very attentive and will make sure you are doing the movements correctly and don’t hurt yourself. Very diverse membership: all ages, sizes and skill levels. Very strong, community vibe.
