We contacted the company in April. He came out and gave up a bid. We agreed and accepted the bid giving him a check for half the total cost. He told us that he would send the order in to his manufacturer and it should be ready to install mid June as it was a custom size that had to be specially built. Outstanding response and service!!! I left a message on Sunday afternoon. Kenny texted back that he was out of town but could be at my home by 9 am the next day. He arrived earlier than promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. A new part was required (from Jax) so he would install/repair the next day. Again, true to his word he completed the repair quickly first thing Tueday morning. Service like this is rare these days, and I am thankful for his kind, quick, and efficient service.
