If buying here, be very cautious when dealing with park rep. and other park employees. What you are told about property you might be considering just might not be all you would need to know. Full disclosure seems to be a foreign concept. There are things about purchasing a mobile home you might not be aware of. If this is your first mobile home then you should have home throughly inspected by someone not connected to the park and familiar with mobile homes. Save yourself time and money by doing so.

Streets are wide, homes are nice, but monthly fee too high for what you get. No lawn maintenance, park is privately owned by a very miserly man. He even expects the residents to cover and uncover the pool each day, did you ever? They wanted a new stove for the clubhouse, he said he would go half. This park needs to become a co-op and the owner should take a hike.

The park is beautiful but you get absolutely nothing for your rental fee. No lawn care, they even want the residents to help put the pool cover on every night - can you imagine! For over \$400. per month maintenance fee!!!! This park is privately owned and the owner is really stingy and milking it. No pets allowed either. You can get alot more for your money somewhere else.
