Thank you to our HVAC tech, Mike, w/ Sea Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning. We got in from being out out of town only to find our fan blowing w/ NO a/c for the 4th of July weekend. Needless to say the house temp was 90 degrees and wife, kids, & dog were all not happy. Mike responded w/in a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and repairs were completed w/ in about 1 1/2 hours w/ a Veteran’s discount. By bed time, temp in the house was down to 75 degrees.
