The service was great. I was able to order online and got responses very quickly. I ordered 7 doz. mini cupcakes for a birthday party. They were ready on-time, packed well, and looked beautiful. The frosting was great. 3 stars because the actual cake was dense and dry. I was expecting, moist fluffy cupcakes. We purchased a few regular size cupcakes to try, also. The frosting was good, flavor good, but the cake was also dry and dense.
We love SeaBreeze!!! We had them do our wedding cake, the bottom tier was champagne cake with lemon frosting and the top tier was vanilla salted caramel (it was to die for!) and some gluten free cupcakes and they were a huge hit with our guests! We can’t wait to order more treats from them ☺️
I see their Broad St. store as I drive by (I live a few blocks away), but oddly, it always looks closed. Nice to see the website etc. Do you work at another location, or does it look closed because you work offsite so frequently? I will try to actually drop in someday!
I ordered a custom cake for my sister's birthday. The cake was gorgeous! Our expectations in the artistry department were met, even exceeded. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when it came to flavor. The cake was very dense and tasted blah. It didn't even taste vanilla; just bland. The buttercream tasted good, but there was way too much of it.
