As someone who works in the service industry, I understand custom cakes can be difficult and that everyone has bad days. However, I was disappointed with my birthday cake. We provided an inspiration photo and were told the design could be done, but the final product looked much simpler than expected. For $110, I was hoping for more attention to detail. delicious cupcakes with many great flavors to chose from and they worked around my son's work schedule in order to deliver him his birthday surprise!! Recommend highly.
Tried to book a wedding cake tasting here and was told someone would be there to go over all the flavors and to discuss the decoration for the cake. We get there and there is one cashier who just gives us cupcakes of all the flavors in a to go box. Other cake tastings we have done its a flat rate for the entire tasting but here it was pretty much paying for each individual cupcake. Celebrating my 60th birthday tomorrow. Drove to this 4.7 rated bakery. Walked in—they had ONE single cupcake in the case mid week during lunch time, and not one cake —the place was empty of any baked goods, but for a solitary cupcake. Asked if I could pick up tomorrow, Thursday, for a bday, , the woman said “no. We are closed because we are having staffing issues.” She provided no other info about coming back etc. Don’t waste your precious time. Onward…
