Nelson the technician who handled both the installation of a new air con and repair of a second unit was professional, friendly, and did a good job. However, the positive experience ended there due to Mark, the owner. Since the repair, the air con started leaking considerable water pooling against the brickwork/slab & immediately reached out to Mark to resolve.
