We have used Seaborn for two waterfront projects in the last three years. Many of our neighbors and our GC have used Seaborn too. The end product is always well built, fairly priced, and backed by reliable follow up support. Seaborn is also doing our boat and jet ski lift maintenance. I texted the owner with a lift problem today and they had 2 workers at my house in 15 minutes. They were already close, but impressive.
We recently had our bulkhead on Lake Washington redone and also had our dock pilings repaired with sleeves. We are very happy with the work done by Seaborne for both these projects. They took care of all the permit processes very smoothly. Mark and John who did our bulkhead were very accommodating with our suggestions and a real pleasure to work with. Our Lake Washington bulkhead was severely damaged by two 100 foot cottonwoods that fell during a storm, requiring a complete bulkhead replacement. Seaborn was contracted to perform the work which included repairing the dock piling with sleeves and the city’s requirement to install a cove.
