Excellent location. I could not fit my big truck in the parking and the Hotel was so accomodating. Made our last minute trip stress free. Pet friendly and 1 minute walk to beach.
Showed up at our room 2.5 hours after it said our door code should work and it does not. They do not have anyone on site to resolve the issue and do everything through text. They said they would look into it on their end. 30 minutes later and the door still does not work and no response. Edit to reply: You say guests don't read the texts and email, did you read the review? I said that everything is done by text and that we had texted and received the response, "We'll look into it on our end." That implies that we infact used... read more

Dave the maintenance manager was great. The staff took care of any issue or need promptly.
