If you like caustic chemicals in your sleeping quarters, then this place is for you! We walked into what can only be described as a Fabuloso gas chamber. We even paid for early check-in (lucky us!), left all the windows open, gave it 3 hours to "air out," and came back to the same purple fog of doom. We loved this motel! A little skeptical from the reviews, but everything was perfect. We didn’t really care for the shower, you couldn’t help but get water everywhere lol It was clean, comfortable, had dishes that you could use, and walking distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants! It has a nice pool and animal friendly! We will definitely be coming back. 🩵
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the sea birds motel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s just a short walk to Kure Beach pier, restaurants and an arcade. The beach access is just across the street. I was able to meet the owner and she is just precious. You check in on your own but they stay close contact with you through text to make sure you have everything you need. We will definitely be back soon.
