We rented from Seaberg this past summer on our camping vacation in the UP. It was BY FAR one of the most memorable days we've ever had on vacation that we can't stop talking about. The staff is AMAZING and so helpful. They treat everyone as friends and family with a dedicated focus on hospitality. We will have memories for a lifetime after renting a pontoon for a half day on Lake Superior! The boat was in great shape. They provided a place on the boat if a bathroom was needed ( bucket and privacy curtain), which we did need! The staff was very friendly, and they love our veterans. If the opportunity arises, DO IT! You will not regret it. We were in awe of Lake Superior and the Pictued Rocks.
We were the last boat in for the 2024 season. And what a day it was! I had contacted them earlier to see if they would be open the day we were coming to Munising. Normally closed after Labor Day but we were in luck as the weather was in our favor! This is the only way to see Pictures Rocks. Jessica at the front desk was amazing. She was really thorough and elaborate about what to expect. However, the guy on the deck ( He refused to give me his name), was extremely unprofessional and rude. Clearly he was not excited to be working that day. He complained and made fun of every single question we asked him about the Pontoon. Without a shame, he made fun of our group and level of expertise. He literally ruined the mood for the day for us.
