Clean, well-functioning boat. Friendly staff. A little pricey, but that's what we get for not bringing our own. Ha! Do the whole day rental. It's worth it! Thanks, guys!
John a good guy. Ellen, the opposite. Rude, entitled, disrespectful. Pontoons don't go a lick over 20mph. Prepare yourself for a long day.
John… put this kids jersey in the rafters. Kid really knows how to dock a boat. Ellen… I expected more from you.
Boat was great but had to come in early because of storm and kindly asked about pro rated rate for having to come in early. Instantly shut down by Ellen at the desk became very short and extremely rude. Wouldn't look at me and immediately asked for payment, would've been totally fine with a kind response as to why but seemed she wanted to make it a point that we weren't welcome. Unfortunate ending to a great day.
