View and location were great. Parking was easy and accessible. The building itself is worn down and old, and our particular unit had so much condensation from the vents and it smelled like bleach was coming from them. Floors were not cleaned. Cockroach on the upper floor in the walkway. Also saw a razor blade on the stairs to the beach.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. The place was dirty. The TV's in the bedrooms wasn't working. The fan in the bathroom was hanging down. The ice maker never worked. Needed a new refrigerator. The swimming pool needed ventilation it was so hot in there you could fry an egg.

The views are great and the location is perfect. Our unit was rented through Thomas beach vacations. The unit looks nice but there is a smell of mildew due to the humidity in the unit. The air conditioning vents had condensation coming from them for the entire week. The indoor pool is ok but beware of the hot tub, while coming off of the beach after the pool was closed we witnessed 2 people having sex in the hot tub. I liked it here but in my room the floor was not cleaned. Sand was everywhere. I had new Nike white socks and they were black even when I tried to clean the floor. Also there was a bug in my daughter's bed. She was really scared. Also there keyboards were not working at all so we had to get new ones. There was dust in our air vents also. I have cleaned my socks 5 times and they are still stained.
