You service a customer base that is "mobile" and you site and management are un responsive to the point you customers leave to larger financial organizations. if you wonder why you have no posts on any of your social media pages...its because you are out of tune with your customers. Way to go Sea West...you failed another Coastie again. Can't wait for this deployment to be over so I can move to Navy Fed.
