I brought my boat in to Brad to have him inspect an issue with my throttle for my Mercury. Brad did not go through any of the “process of elimination” things that you would normally do to diagnose a throttle issue. He didnt even disconnect the throttle cables and inspect them. He didnt open the control box, didnt do anything. He was very condescending in his manner, and basically told me if it was him, he would just do nothing and wait for the problem to get worse.
