I save a lot of time, and money depending on shipping costs, checking for parts here before ordering parts that other marine parts stores don't have in stock.
Placed an order for 6 of the same part. Was told they had 3 in stock and would receive 3 more in a few days. Then they would ship all 6 together. Sounds good... Now 11 days later I call to check the status of the order, and at first, said I had ordered only 3. ?? Then after a couple minutes with a different than usual salesman, he was able to confirm the correct order and said "it always takes a week and a half to get parts they have to order" The last few times I've ordered fom here, I have always gotten helpful, courteous ... read more
