I recently purchased a second hand boat, had an issue with the trim seal leaking. I spoke to a few places, had a mobile mechanic look and put it in the too hard basket. We purchased a neglected Lightwave 45 2 years ago & live aboard 24/7. Our boat has a Paguro 6000 genset which we rely on. The Paguro has needed a number of small tweaks & new parts to improve its reliability. Despite my unfamiliarity with the Paguro, Stewart & Drew have provided great phone support and correctly diagnosed the issues, supplying parts & advice as needed. It’s now running very well. Many thanks Seawasp.
Great service-very efficient
We had an urgent main engine repair ahead of an important yacht race, and the team at Seawasp, especially Stewart and Drew, went above and beyond to support our mechanics wherever possible. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and their professionalism was clear from start to finish. Thanks to their timely assistance, we were able to get the race yacht ready just in time. A big thank you to the entire team—highly recommended!
Great customer service! The business owner, Stewart, was particularly helpful!
