The staff is always helpful and nice. Love renting from this company.
Floors were filthy. By the evening of the first night, our socks were black on the bottom, no broom or mop to try and clean the floors ourselves. The dishwasher doesn't work because soap compartment doesn't always open, and there is no dish rack to wash and dry items that can't go in the dishwasher. The kitchen was not well-stocked. The toaster is old. We had to watch constantly since it burned more than it toasted. The water temperature in the master shower has one temp, very hot. We all used the shower in the other bathroo... read more

If you are considering renting a Vacation Home or Apartment on Hilton Head Island through a Rental Agency, whatever you do, DO NOT, under any circumstance, contract through SEATURTLEGETAWAYS! Customer satisfaction/care/integrity/ and service do not seem to be in their Company vocabulary!
