We had 2 dead batteries and Stuart Hamilton with Sea/Tow went above and beyond with helping us. He found new batteries at a local marine store. They delivered the batteries and Stuart stayed to assist more if needed. Great service, Thank you.
Can't say enough good things about Stuart, our Donzi died at Drifters, he helped get us batteries, stay with us, beyond great service!!
2 words: Stuart Hamilton. Our double axel trailer gave out on one side yesterday (tires out and all). I was amazed that this man came to see if we needed help, in the rain... after he was was headed out. The amount of patience and knowledge- we are a member of Sea Tow Trailer Plus, but I just wanted to take a minute and reiterate just how well he represented the company. He was a huge help- and so patient in explaining complex maneuvers. Very thankful for you Captain!
Our Captain Stuart Hamilton was extremely helpful, super nice, easy to talk to! I will not go without this service again for as long as I own a boat!
Capital Stuart Hamilton helped make a bad day into a good one, him and his dog were so kind they were the highlight of our day. The experience was great.
