They responded quickly and Chris was very friendly. I was towed back to my dock without incident. Need to add athother 5 star review for Captain John this time. Again great quick and friendly service. Had guests onboard this time and they were at ease and relaxed the entire tow. Another year and another 5 star review. Saved the day for my son & his buddies. John arrived much quicker than estimated.
Captain Chris was excellent - professional in every way.
Captain John was absolutely the best! He was punctual, courteous and professional. The Captain brought me to my marina and, with caution, easy and gently maneuvered my boat perfectly into the slip between two boats. I am still amazed as space was minimal. A real professional. I never want to have my boat break down again, but if I do, I want Captain John.
