I can only say great things based on the one experience I had needing to use the SeaTow services. We were sailing back to Branford. The wind died and a pea soup fog had rolled in. We started motoring and the engine quickly overheated. We anchored and tried to resolve the overheating problem without success so eventually called SeaTow. As mentioned a thick fog had rolled in. Great service at a fair price!!
All right, here goes, I had hoped to never need a tow but ran into a situation on Long Island that proved challenging. Was staying in Greenport for a few days and had a “no start” issue with my port engine. The marina, although sympathetic, had no techs available and suggested I get SeaTow to handle it. I was traveling with some talented boaters and had no end of help from dock neighbors and after a few hours of diagnosis, the consensus of opinion was an electrical ignition issue. Eww! Rude unfair doesn't care, mean, of lies, upset, eww! One star review well deserved. Became a member and was refused service. Became a Tow Boat member, and was refused service. All lies and unfair treatment. Persecution for righteousness sake. God and Jesus Christ is who I come in the name of. I do nothing wrong.
