Eric was terrific! He communicated with me throughout our tow (which was over an hour) and made sure I knew how we would approach the harbor and the dock. It really was a completely flawless process and Eric made it stress free! Thank you!
I highly recommend SeaTow! I was so glad I had a membership this weekend when my boat lost propulsion due a lower unit failure. I hailed SeaTow, who was immediately responsive. Captain Jeff said he would be out to help me in 40 minutes. I was about 13 miles away from port in Edgartown. jeff was l professional and skilled. He towed me all the way back to Falmouth with no problems and perfectly got me to a slip. So glad I had the membership!!
Twin inboards caught in a large nest of nylon rope floating under the surface killed both engines. Sea Tow was there in 40 mins - and I was out several miles. With Roman’s help I was able to dive under the boat and cut both props free. Would never have been able to do that without Sea Tow. Best experience ever.
Nick was amazing in difficult circumstances. Calm, cool upbeat and help me get into port. Can’t thank him enough!
I have been using Sea Tow for several years. It’s comforting to know should I need them they are close. They station a boat near where we often boat. I have only needed them on one occasion, but service was prompt and professional.
