Got a bill that didn't match what I was quoted at my visit. Called to ask about it and was on hold for a long time before someone could explain the charges. Would help to have an itemized breakdown up front.
Booked online and got a confirmation, then received a call two days later saying that time slot wasn't actually available. Had to rebook for a week later. The online system and the front desk don't seem to be talking to each other.
Had an 10am appointment and wasn't seen until almost 11:15. No one came out to explain the delay or give an updated wait time. If appointments are going to run this far behind, I'd appreciate a heads up so I can plan accordingly.
I didn't like it. Everything was bad. The staff weren't good and I wouldn't come back. It just wasn't a good experience.
Thank you for looking after me. I knew that in Whistler the Sea to Sky Orthopaedics team was the best of the best. Everyone I’ve talked with who has been seen for their wrist has done very well. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands.
