I would just like to write and say how great Sea Thru construction is. From the very first project which was a foundation repair, piering /underpinning to repairing rot around the exterior of my home including beautiful new steps off my front deck and new windows and doors. Showing up within hours recently to assess and repair a broken water line outside. Isaiah is great. Answered my call, repairs done within hours. We have been very happy with Sea Thru Construction for all our renovations, repairs and inspections/ hurricane preps. Buddy is friendly, honest and listens to our needs and requests. We have used them for a variety of projects including a media room renovation , door and window replacement, roof repairs , carpeting, hardwood floors refinishing , deck inspections and hurricane preps to list a few. We worked with Sea Thru this past autumn to replace our 25 year old deck in Nags Head. Our project turned out to be more extensive than we first believed because of the Town's requirements. Luckily for us, Sea Thru kept us apprised of the progress and walked us through understanding the changes we had to make.
