Such an amazing experience! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. It felt comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Robert the owner was outstanding great communication, very friendly, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 stay. I would absolutely come back again!
I have been using Sea and Sun Reality for our rental needs for three years now and have had the best customer service experiences. The property manager, Rob, has been wonderful. Rob answers my calls and emails day or night, and even on weekends. I don’t expect immediate responses for many of my inquiries but I get that response from Rob. My inquiries are literally answered in minutes. This is rare in this day and age. Thank you so much for the great customer service!! I look forward to working with you for years to come!!

We’ve been staying at Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral for three years and have just booked for next year. Robert at Sea & Sun properties has made our experience so easy and enjoyable. They really make sure all your needs are met and the condo is beautiful and so clean. A families with 5 grandchildren and 7 adults had a great time at The Tower and Cottage properties. The location next to the beach and a one hour drive to Disney meant that we had the best of both worlds. The properties provided the space and the amenities to help make our stay memorable. Robert was very helpful with quick and supportive communication. Definitely recommend these properties for others to use.
