We have rented from Rob for quite a few years now.He has always answered our emails or phone calls very quickly, especially nice to talk to a human being when asking questions or setting up our next years rental. Our unit on the ocean has always been very clean, everything ready when we arrived. It has been a really great experience for us, I believe he tries hard to make our time in Florida a great vacation. 6 weeks on the beach, he has made it happen!!

Sea and Sun properties is the best beach rental on Cocoa Beach. Family friendly with well stocked house with everything you and your family could possibly need for your vacation
This place was fantastic. The deck looked out over the ocean and you could listen to the waves and watch the ships come in and go out, not the mention the thrill of being able to watch rocket launches either from the deck, or better yet, from the beach or nearby Jetty Park (which you can either walk or bike to). It felt VERY safe. I was down at the beach a number of times at 3 am to watch launches and never once felt unsafe.
