I had a great experience with Sea and Sun Properties, I would never use anyone else. They were very kind and friendly.
Rented 5 condo units at Royal Mansions for a family celebration of our 55th wedding anniversary. All units were perfect for families! Beach is outstanding! We were able to view 3 rocket launches- 1from the beach and 2 night launches from our unit patio. Ease of renting, location, and condo updates made this an amazing celebration!! Thanks to Robert for coordinating the rental of the units!
Charming cottage and a clean, cozy, comfy environment. Beachy decor was welcoming and enjoyable. Read a novel off the book shelf and chillaxed in the living room, on the beach, and in the pool. We had another location reserved that fell through...and so glad it did!! This location and rustic vibe made our experience in Cocoa Beach a top 5 vacation experience!!!
