Stop whatever you’re doing and book with Ashley! She is absolutely amazing and offers the best treatments / packages, always just what I need. I hadn’t been to many beauticians before and was quite insecure about my appearance, but now I look fantastic and always walk out feeling confident. If you have a problem, she has the solution. Perfect results, amazing customer service, and incredibly knowledgeable, five stars isn’t enough.
Been using sea serene for nearly 8 years and had fantastic results, went this week with the new owners and it was awful definitely not up to scratch. She performed the wrong procedure and then still charged me for her mistake. They promised to use old note from previous owners but did not. Extremely happy with the magic the gorgeous Ashley worked on my eyelashes & brows today! I didn't wanted my eyebrows dyed too dark, just nice & subtle natural colour to compliment my light coloured hair & Ashley nailed it! She also shaped them perfectly & the wax came off so gently I could hardly feel it. Highly recommend Ashley & I will definitely be back. Thanks so much 🥰 xx
had a Brazilian wax at 9 months pregnant with Gemma, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Gemma was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease, which is so important during pregnancy. She took extra care to ensure I was comfortable and worked efficiently but thoroughly. The salon was clean, welcoming, and understanding of my needs at this stage of pregnancy.
