Not one thing wrong. Absolutely perfect!! Worth the extra $$$ for the views and the yard area. Staff is wonderful and the rooms are just…wow.

My wife and I have been coming to this hotel for over ten years. Had another trip booked this summer but had two unfortunate emergency situations that caused us to have to reschedule. They rescheduled the first time but denied the second time. It was a holiday weekend and unfortunately the hotel management was more interested in keeping my deposit at holiday rates than working with a long term loyal customer. Lots of other hotels in Santa Cruz for my future trips. Very disappointed
