You can't ever get parts by using the automated system. Its runs you around in a circle and pressing 0 doesn't work either, but sales works. When you call sales they answer to transfer you to parts, they don't answer (too many times early in the morning to say they're too busy) and after leaving a message a message, they call you back half the time. Looks like I'll try Columbia to get my parts.
