Sales experience was fantastic. The service has not been the best. Last year we had the boat winterized and during our first trip this spring, the ballast pump began filling the boat with water because it wasn’t tightened after winterization. I’m hours from home on the lake mind you with kids trying to wake surf. I called (Mike) and was told to bring it in and they’ll take care of it. Things happen. Fast forward to this year.
