Service lady was such great help with parts for my boat
I bought a brand new 190 spx. Got it on Friday. Took it out Saturday and Sunday. Just me and the wife Ran fine. Next sat we went out five of us. It overheated. Had to get towed in cost 200 bucks. Took it back. Now this has only been8 days. They say hope it's under warranty. Wouldn't even help me on my tow bill.They did fix it hopefully said thermostat. They did give me four cold cups though
Jim Wallace is truly an outstanding Salesman. I bought my 230SLX in 2020 and he continues to answer my questions and help with my Sea Ray experience 5 years later. I highly recommend Sea Ray of Cincinnati, especially Jim Wallace!!
I went there for a gel coat repair kit, the staff were all very helpful and nice. The gentleman at the parts counter was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right stuff to repair my specific damage.
