Charged me 14 hours on a job that should of taken them a third of that time. They said I needed larger gauge cables and a larger battery to be able to send spark to my motor and that cost $850 plus tax (fine), but the motor was getting tons of power for cranking so I thought that was weird. I told them to stop work but upon putting the kit back together they found a tilt motor switch malfunction. I mentioned I had the throttle control box apart to test the kill switch. They charge a 3 1/2% environmental fee and a 3 % shop supplies fee on all invoices. All work was done inside engine room. No oil, diesel or gas was used or taken off of boat. Be on boat and clarify hours charged each day! I had them order and install a new charger/inverter 3000w 12v. Trotac in Victoria gave me a price of $1,535C. Sea power marked it up over $383C and charged me $1,938C . Always get a price on large items then check with installer on their price.
