Nice place to stay only one elevator was in working order but not a big deal very quite easy access to the beach plenty of parking would stay there again
Stayed here a few times over the years, the only positive is the cheap cost for a week or two in the summer. I would never come back or recommend this place again. It's old and smells of cigarette smoke for starters. Some units are nicer and more modern, but many are plain old and the stuff inside is obviously worn out. Stayed here a couple of times because it was cheap and I was young, glad to say I won't be coming back here now and here's multiple reasons why. First off, the maintenance crew and tenants don't know how to mind their business. we had rented mopeds for the week and we parked them behind our own car in a parking spot on the corner of the parking garage completely out of the way, as to not interfere with other guests and tenants and take up more spots then necessary, the first morning after we had rented them we were greeted w... read more
I live here and the maintenance guy is a complete weirdo!! He follows me when I’m leaving for work and just stands and stares at me! The last maintenance guy Coastal hired was a felon, he stole a bus, money and AC units from his church! I wonder what kind of felon this guy is!! I have expressed my concerns to the HOA president and Coastal they couldn’t care less!! I guess it’s okay for the maintenance guy to harass owners!
I usually enjoy my vacation at the beach. This time not so much. It’s hard to invite family to visit when adults are on the deck, drinking liquor right out of the bottle. The walls are thin and all I heard was people yelling at their kids or each other. After a night of little to no sleep, the maintenance man began vacuuming before 9 AM.
