Not worth a $20 day pass gym is the size of my dining room
Great fitness facility for the Sea Pines community. A bit small for the number of guests in there during prime workout hours - 8-11am is busy and space is tight! Any time after 3pm is smooth sailing. When the group fitness room is open (no class), it gives the space for mat work, core and small free weights between exercises outside the main area. Has 4 newer treadmills, a couple bikes and ellipticals, 2 benches, plenty of free weights, and a small circuit of weight machines.
Clean, spacious, not crowded, and has lots of equipment available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Showers available in the locker rooms.
Small, has weight machines and a dumbbell set. Numerous cycling and treadmill machines. Good for a quick workout
