Sea Palms is an older hotel, but rooms were modern looking. The issue was the lack of servics. We requested to have the room cleaned everyday for 5 days straight but they never did. We called and went to the office everyday for towels and coffee since they would not come to the room. They assured us they would get the room everyday, but they never showed. The sink did not drain and maintenance never showed up. The safe wouldn't open, battery died. Maintenance actually came opened it but said he would come back with batteries... read more

We had a phenomenal time at Sea Palms! The room was superb and the service across the board was excellent. 10/10 Thank you all for such a great experience :)

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Room was disgusting, not even remotely cleaned upon check in. I’m pretty sure there was leftover lube on the table in room. Staff upgraded room to new room having old food in fridge and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Resort also charged my card for the restaurant when we used another card to pay and only refunded me when I pointed it out. Definitely nicer resorts and hotels to stay in then this one for the price.
