As a landscaper they were great! We loved them. The issue came when they bid to paint our house. They damaged all our custom decks by getting paint on them. They tried a bunch of chemicals which made it worse. Eventually they gave up and then refused to pay to have them repaired. We filed a home owners claim, the damage estimate was over $20k, insurance paid part but not all. Now our insurance company is suing them. We contacted Luke around December 21, 2023 to provide an estimate for routine maintenance of our yard. He was super nice and stated he would go by that day and provide an estimate. We did not get an estimate that day. On January 10, 2024, we followed up with Luke and he stated he had forgotten. He had gone out of town for the holidays and that had been his focus. He was extremely apologetic and stated he would go out and send an estimate. As of today, January 12, 2024, we have not received an estimate. He seems to be a nice ... read more

First, Luke took about a month to get back to my husband about doing our newly constructed houses landscape. When we finally got in touch with him he apologized for being busy. We let it go and Luke ended up doing our landscape for the front of our house. Turned out great so after we put our pool in we decided to contact Luke again to do the landscape around our back patio and pool. He responded quickly and was great. We had 7 palm trees put in.
