Since moving to OS I have tried many of services and have never found one like we had in Houston. I can say...we have finally found our forever team for lawn service. The crew is professional, goes above and beyond every time and never hesitates to help with something a little extra. Well priced, especially for what is included. The job is done quickly and perfect.
Absolutely the best service I have received coming back from Houston. They take such great care of our space.
As a landscaper they were great! We loved them. The issue came when they bid to paint our house. They damaged all our custom decks by getting paint on them. They tried a bunch of chemicals which made it worse. Eventually they gave up and then refused to pay to have them repaired. We filed a home owners claim, the damage estimate was over $20k, insurance paid part but not all. Now our insurance company is suing them. We contacted Luke around December 21, 2023 to provide an estimate for routine maintenance of our yard. He was super nice and stated he would go by that day and provide an estimate. We did not get an estimate that day. On January 10, 2024, we followed up with Luke and he stated he had forgotten. He had gone out of town for the holidays and that had been his focus. He was extremely apologetic and stated he would go out and send an estimate. As of today, January 12, 2024, we have not received an estimate. He seems to be a nice ... read more
