First off I want to thank everyone at this establishment for making me feel extremely comfortable during my process. I received an injection in my neck and I was so nervous going into this procedure for I do not fair well with needles or experiences like this period. However, the staff was very friendly, extremely patient, and completely understanding to the uncomfortableness I was naturally feeling. Incredible care and warm, friendly, caring employees from start to finish. From the time I walked in the scheduler was so chipper and helpful at 6:30am.The RN Donna who admitted me made me feel comfortable and right at home.
