Worst experience ever! This was my second time visiting this establishment. The first time was a good experience that led me to go back. This time, all I wanted was a color change. A woman did my nails and a man did my toes. My nails were fine but my toes looked like a toddler polished them. I brought it to their attention and was met with an immediate attitude. He was saying something in his native language in an elevated tone and all he did was put more polish on top of it. I will never return!
Worst experience of my life! Took my nails 8 months to recover. They had no clue how to take of SNS, so they filed my nails beds down to almost the skin. I asked them to stop. Charged me full price and lied about the amount my kids nails would be.
I never feel rushed when I come here! Great pedis that actually massage you, and phenomenal staff! Great with difficult nail requests too!
