Come here regularly for shellac manicure and/or pedicure, and have been doing so for years. Friendly staff, efficient and professional service.
Extremely poor quality and shockingly rude service. The staff were arrogant and unprofessional, even going as far as blaming and accusing customers instead of taking responsibility. This was a complete waste of both time and money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
Terrible experience. The quality was a complete disaster. My nails started coming off within a week, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on anything but their poor gel products. On top of that, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
Jasmine is amazing! I’ve had my nails done here 4-5 times and she always nails it! We are trying cat eye chrome at present and very happy with results!
One of the ladies that dealt with me was so rude, I asked for a manicure and she didn’t even do my cuticles and took about 3 mins flat to ‘shape’ my nails. The application took less than 10 mins and the french tips were wonky and the lady got red varnish all over my fingers which I haven’t been able to wash off. The lady who appeared to be the manager was nice enough but quick to dismiss me when someone else walked in.
