During a recent emergency visit, I observed a client receiving a pedicure who appeared to have a noticeable black fungal infection on one toe. Absolutely SHOCKING experience. These people have no care factor, no interest in their clients and did an absolute shoddy job of my pedicure. When the girl finished, she just 'shooed' me out with her hand. When I questioned it at the counter to pay all I got was 3 girls talking away in Vietnamese to each other and then told there was nothing wrong with it. Yeah / Nah - Manicure in and out in 7 minutes while the girl talked on the phone the entire time. She was so inattentive and rushed me out as quickly as humanely possible … $30 for a slap dash 7 minutes. I used to come here years ago and it was hard to get a booking, now it’s not hard to see why it’s empty. I should have read the reviews first. I won’t be back!
