As a Lyft driver picking up here, I learned the overnight security guard is forced to endure a constant, sharp beeping noise throughout her entire shift - an inhumane condition that reinforces other negative reviews about the property manager. Management must fix this immediately or face escalation to the BBB, because providing basic humane working conditions is not optional.
We rented there from 3/1/25 - 12/30/2025. 9 months of never ending repairs in a building that is way past its prime. Amenities are old and tired. Great location but so many better options up and down the beach.
