I am shocked at how deplorable the Sea Mist resort buildings are unkempt, most are closed, and the pools weren't even open. The owner of our condo was very responsive and attempted to make our stay enjoyable. We met another condo owner, Tony. Tony was super nice and recommended some places to visit. The building as a whole was dirty, only 1 elevator was working, and the main door was broken when we arrived. The front desk people are rude and dont even pretend to help or care. My experience at this hotel was terrible, the service was awful Mrs. Sue at the reception is racist and disrespectful ignored me when I waited for a long time to get towels. The building needs to be remodel, there is cracks everywhere, the pool needs to be cleaned up more often and the beach chairs should be replaced. Overall Mrs. Deysi and a Young Man(Black) were very kind and helpful at the reception.
