The view was great but unit 402 was run down. Toilet seats were to loose to sit on, bathroom vanity top you could move, balcony screen laying on the ground, under cabinet light fell down, kitchen sink had a trickle of cold water coming out but the hot was good. Tv on the wall was crooked, a little mold in the bathroom shower area but hey mold is everywhere at the beach. This place needs proper upgrades in my opinion. Easy parking and QUITE.
This was a great condo rented through Vascas Rentals. You get all instructions through the rental company. There is no front desk so you need to understand the protocols. It was easy enough to get inside. Our unit had a lot commodities! This unit was on 10th floor and was clean, spacious, and had the best views. Beach was easy to get to and was laid back and NOT CROWDED. Thanks for a great stay North Myrtle Beach!
