Pulled into Point Hudson Marina on my sailboat with vice grips holding the shift lever of my motor together. Walked over to SEA Marine just before they closed to see if they had someone who could take a look at it. They were extremely helpful and offered to have a tech come look at it in the morning. But even before that, the service manager offered to come take a look. He quickly figured out what was wrong (a bolt had come loose) and we were back in business! Didn't even charge me. Can't beat that for friendly and helpful!
I’m extremely pleased with the help I’ve gotten from SEA Marine, especially from their manager, Jeremy. He’s very knowledgeable, caring, and really went out of his way to help me. Their mechanic Josh was very knowledgeable and meticulous and found and fixed some issues that could have been a problem later. I highly recommend them for their technical knowledge but especially for their customer service.
Sea marine is amazing!! Especially Sarah and Jeremy. We had a mechanical issue when transiting our boat from La Conner to Port Townsend for a big research project with WDFW. We desperately needed two new fuel filters for the boat. It was 4:55pm (basically every shop was closing) and I was calling multiple boat supply shops in the area: West Marine and Westside marine in particular. I recently had the pleasure of working with Sandy to sell our sailboat. Although our boat wasn’t going to command a large price, Sandy treated us as if she were selling a mega-yacht. She was fun, professional, super knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very engaged throughout the process. We bought a very special boat that Sandy at Sea Marine brokered. I was difficult at times, but she was always patient and helped us at every step along the way. Chris was awesome, too! Saved our bacon with knowledge and expertise I don't have. We had the canvas shop reupholster the interior of the boat. Holy wow!! I've never seen better workmanship! And they pushed to get it done asap. None better than Sea Marine imo. We love those guys!!!
