I would give it a ZERO STARS. Once I moved here, I made an appointment, called to see what was happening. They said they’ll contact me when there is availability. Great! Nooo not really great because they still never called me. Soo I went in person. They apologized and made me do paper work. When I was done they said “Okay we will call you soon”. Me believing them, how stupid. Soo it’s been a year & some change, still till this day no response or call back, they took my info and that’s all! Horrible customer service
One of the worst counseling experiences ever a lady by the name of Sarah Addison, whom I heard became supervisor, is horrible at replying and lied, saying that I was better that I specifically told her that when we never even spoke or touch base on that, so she ignored me when I pleaded and asked for more help so if you want a counselor that doesn't care about you, that would lie on your report stating something that was never said, and whom will completely ignore you when you ask for for the help don't come here unless you ... read more
