This place was the worst place I have been to and it was that last place I went to there was only 2 good staff members other than that everyone was so rude I remember having the worst panic attack and asking to just talk to someone and the guy would yell at you and waking ppl up to shower at 3:30 to 4:00 clock in the morning is crazy and u could only be in the bathroom for 15 minutes total that means showering getting dressed washing your face brushing your teeth and hair crazy to me and counting while using that bathroom ou... read more
I was a resident here from October 2020-May 2021 I believe. I am shocked to read the negative reviews. Yes, this program is strict, but for very good reason. I was court ordered to go here because the judge, my probation officer, and my family all knew that a regular treatment program wouldn't have worked for me. The mental health & recovery services they offer are AMAZING. Every month I felt like I had made a life changing breakthrough. I’m very thankful for the care this youth treatment center provided. The staff are kind, patient, and truly care about helping young people do better. They take time to understand each person and offer support that fits their needs. The environment feels safe and supportive, and the counselors build strong, positive relationships with the kids. They also keep families informed and involved, which makes a big difference. I would recommend this center to any family looking for a caring and helpful place for their child.
I had a horrible experience here I went back in 2021 during this time there was no visitors still I was pretty much degraded the whole time I was there. I was there about 5-6 months. I did not finish because I ended up getting very sick pneumonia. Covid brought in by the staff. And was stuck in the hospital for 14 days during my time there I only went outside three times.
