Can’t see people that are sick, not helpful reception unless you’re lucky. Make an appointment days or months in advanced if you think you will be sick…. We just have to hope the people working there had a good day. If you’re sick, go to Seattle I guess. They won’t even suggest locations nearby, and the front desk lady doesn’t even let you finish your sentences before cutting you off. What an abysmal service for the amount that goes in from property taxes.
I was 8 minutes too early to check in. Arriving at 1:53 for a 2 pm check in for a 2:15 appointment. I need my med refills so I have to wait to come to the front desk for 8 minutes. It's me and one other person. The rude front desk person seemed very happy to relay this. Crazy.
