I was 8 minutes too early to check in. Arriving at 1:53 for a 2 pm check in for a 2:15 appointment. I need my med refills so I have to wait to come to the front desk for 8 minutes. It's me and one other person. The rude front desk person seemed very happy to relay this. Crazy.
Waited two hours for an opening. Was told next available appointment in September, a month away. Other suggestion, try for opening every morning at 8 am
Truly amazing people - yes, there's sometimes a bit of a wait. That's because healthcare is short-staffed and demand is high. I recommend booking morning appointments if you need a faster turnaround. Big shout out to Dr. Chandler and the nursing staff in particular. I recently found my dad deceased and had "heartbreak syndrome".
