Absolutely terrible. I have been here twice now. Both times I have waited OVER 30 mins of scheduled appointment time. After the first appointment I just gave them the benefit of the doubt and had a second appointment and nope SAME THING. First time I went I had a new born and 4 year old this time around my baby is 11 months and my 4 year old. Waiting with two kids is a lot. The women at front desk are super rude and have a horrible attitude not friendly or welcoming at all
Edit: 4 stars as of 2026. 3 stars because of front desk person who could do better. Went here for my sons 1 year app. The front desk person who checked us in for WIC needs improvement on customer service. When I asked q's for clarification on adding my partner to the account, her responses got snippy and I reminded her that I am asking questions to get a better understanding. ALWAYS BRING YOUR ID or some sort of identification. Read what's on the sliding doors before you enter, otherwise check-in will be annoying. Case worke... read more
