Absolutely terrible. I have been here twice now. Both times I have waited OVER 30 mins of scheduled appointment time. After the first appointment I just gave them the benefit of the doubt and had a second appointment and nope SAME THING. First time I went I had a new born and 4 year old this time around my baby is 11 months and my 4 year old. Waiting with two kids is a lot.
