My name is Ashley and I’m really upset right now because they have canceled my appointment multiple times and then they told me how my appointment was gonna be July 17 and then apparently they made an appointment for me on July 1 without even letting me know I came back from my son‘s shots and seen I had a missed call called him right away and I explained to them that I need benefits that my card has not been working for two weeks that I have receipt showing that the transaction was denied and it was saying I had no benefits... read more

Absolutely terrible. I have been here twice now. Both times I have waited OVER 30 mins of scheduled appointment time. After the first appointment I just gave them the benefit of the doubt and had a second appointment and nope SAME THING. First time I went I had a new born and 4 year old this time around my baby is 11 months and my 4 year old. Waiting with two kids is a lot.
