They are never on time with their appointments . . I get it but that means they should also be flexible. I took today off to get all the appointments done for me in my son.. they called 15mins late, of course , I was getting lunch for my son and missed the call. I called back right away but was on hold for over 18 minutes then when they answered I had to be rescheduled.. just not very helpful for working parents.

I am giving the program a three star, because the wait time to get an appointment is long anywhere from two to three months at times when you are first wanting to enroll. Plus I just had a very bad experience were one of their employees lied about me missing a phone appointment. When I had answered my phone and spoke with the employee (Alma from battleground) and she told me she had to call me back and never did, she also placed notes saying I never answered, I have proof on my phone that the call was answered, now I have to... read more

Update: Luke the manager told me they fired the person that told me I couldn’t use my benefits, he “didn’t know” why the person that rescheduled my appointment was the person I had to talk to, and “hopefully this doesn’t happen again, we have you booked for an appointment, if it happens again ask for me.” Unprofessional manager leading an unprofessional office, not surprised.
