Arti Saraswat MD, took 6 months to get insurance pre approval on my diabetes meds, on a keto diet 25g carbs a day, my glucose went from a high of 160 to 580… Amongst other meds to get refills took a month or more. The transition worker, Amanda Gloudeman, helped a couple of times, then crickets… May be short staffed, most places would hire more, to make more. They were the same 12 years ago though. Worthless. I’ll change, if I can’t, I guess I’ll die.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received from a medical establishment. The behavior health department is particularly horrendous. I've had my appointments canceled at the last minute so many times. Occasionally they don't even tell me my appointment is canceled so I sit around waiting for my therapy phone call that never comes. The dental department is not so bad, that's where the extra star comes in
I have had nothing but bad experiences here but it seems like this is the only place my insurance will let me go to see a prescriber. Nancy laughed at me when I brought up my concerns on weight gain being on the antidepressant she prescribed me. She asked me very condescendingly " how could this tiny pill make you gain weight? ". She went on to tell me I must be over eating, and to go see a doctor. I have NEVER been over 125 apart from when I was pregnant. My clothes are tight or dont fit now and I AM NOT over eating.
