They never have the same doctors. I've been assigned to 3 in the short period I've been trying to figure out pain in my left side. NEVER have Homayun Akahavan-Saraf. He was the last assigned to me and blew off anything I had to say. Tried to tell me I don't have Endo in my chart even though his colleague in the same location diagnosed it 12 years ago via surgery. I’m not going to say which obgyn, but they started me on HRT without doing a blood panel. After several months of trying this and that with zero changes and at least 3 phone calls, not once did she suggest coming in to check my blood. My GP did a panel and discovered highly elevated estrogen, which is one of the hormones the obgyn had me on! I went to him complaining about menopausal symptoms over the past few months. I came in to see Dr. Akhavan Saraf after going to the ER for heavy menopausal (2yrs) bleeding and an ovarian cyst. He was compassionate, and assured me he would find an opening to get me in for a surgical procedure ASAP despite how heavily booked up they are. He personally called me that day on his lunch break to tell me he'd found availability. We got it done a couple weeks later. Be careful in trusting they will honor your appointment. Twice we scheduled appointments, and each time they canceled on the day of each appointment, and now they say they can not accept my wife as a patient.
