I moved to Ocean Shores last year and needed a new primary care provider for annual checkups and to fill one prescription. I had called HRH in Aberdeen but couldn’t get an appointment for 2 months or more. I stopped in at Sea Mar, they were also booked out for several weeks however the person at the front desk found an opening for the next day. They left this message less than 48 hours from date of appointment so it looks like my appointment that I waited many months for has been cancelled because I didn't know I had to call to confirm appointment at least 48 hours in advance and this message came in less than 48 hours from appointment! This place is the worst!!! Do not waste your time going here, they will just make you wait months for an appointment and then they will cancel it without telling you in time to do anything! Kelly is always so rude and barely wants to do her job. She shouldn't deal with patients! She just checks you in, but she makes it into a stressful situation everytime. I don't know what her deal is, but it feels like she intentionally tries to increase your anxiety. I will request NOT to be checked in by her from now on since I don't enjoy being disrespected.
Both my sister and I have had a fantastic experience here. Truly grateful for the wonderful staff members.
Susan is useless. Didn't address any of my issues, took me off of cholesterol meds 6 months ago, my cholesterol when up and suggested to eat less carbs... High cholesterol is a known issue in my family, has been in my own life, but is willing to take you off meds, but not put you back on them. Over these "doctors" who got C's to get their degrees.
