Outstanding, kind and friendly staff.
I had a great consultation with Dr Kane on Monday, I called today to have them send out information to another dental place that I was referred to however I believe the person who answered said his name was Jeff? Jeff shouldn't be answering phones, his quality of customer service needs some work. He mixed up my name and I laughed a little then he sarcastically responded with "Oh we're so funny here." Gave off a "I don't want to even be here so what do you want?" Kind of vibe.
