DO NOT GO HERE! READ FIRST Absolute awful place! Lady on the phone scheduled me for non-dental after I told her it was purely dental related. Made me wait two months to tell me they made a mistake. Finally get seen and they don’t do anything. They give me a brochure for a place 3 hours away for a basic tooth extraction, but never actually gave me a referral to actually seen an oral surgeon. My teeth pain has only gotten worse and has begun to spread due to the sheer ignorance of the staff here.

I come here with my 3 children and never had any problems with the dentist people. Reception though could use more proper training, but it's not a bad place at all. I like it 😊

We asked for a release of information so we can transfer to a new dentist, we drove over to sign the release papers, and waited for 3 weeks and called again just now and said they couldn’t even find the paper we signed to release our information to transfer to a new dentist and all they can say is we need to come back and resign the papers. This place is so unorganized. Really bad customer service. Avoid going here if you can. Ridiculous.

I went there expecting to see a dentist. After waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment the person at the desk finally walked up to me and told me that they can’t see me because they were understaff and asked for me to make another appointment. Ridiculous I will go elsewhere, others should as well.
