Consistency rude. Lacks bedside manner and pushes patients through without listening fully. Doesn’t appreciate patients that ask questions or advocate for themselves. When I asked about seeing results; I was told that she couldn’t see it. When I asked further on why, I was told that it was a waste of time?!? Definitely recommend looking at other providers offered at Sea Mar.
I am from out of town and did not have a primary doctor, and as often happens, I needed one. I was referred to Sea Mar from Skagit Urgent Care. The referral was to Dr. Ellen Rak. I was immediately met with professionalism at the front door (COVID precautions), at the front desk, and especially from Dr. Rak.
