Jaymee Matthews is probably one of the worst providers I have ever seen. Never have I felt so humiliated and invalidated by a medical professional. She essentially told me that my family medical history of a hereditary condition didn’t matter, continuously interrupted me, showed zero concern for the few symptoms I even got the chance to explain to her. My son recently finish his treatment for leukemia successfully and we had set an appt for a new pediatrician here.....two months out. When the appointment was made it was stated that my daughter would be bringing him and will have authority to make his medical decisions if I am u available to call and asked how we go about getting that release and was told nothing. My daughter took him for his first appt today to be told I had to be present. Train your receptionists!! The next appt they had available was two months from now.... read more
